I’m not sure about the whole legality of all of this but I figured I might as well put a little disclaimer just in case (the last thing I want is some attorneys coming after me).
Anyway, throughout this blog I have/will publish some health related stuff. I’m not a scientist, doctor, nutritionist or health professional in any way. Most of the stuff that I post are things that I’ve found on the good ole’ interwebs and I have no idea what the science and medicine behind is from a professional standpoint.
I do ONLY post stuff that I have tried and recommend as a result of that.
With that being said, what I post here shouldn’t be taken as medical advice or anything of the sort. This blog is for informational purposes only and you should consult a professional before you embark on any health or fitness related thing.
